Does
Perelman Security Group provide security guard service?
PSG is not a security guard service, private
investigation service or a dealer in alarm systems. It is an independent consulting
organization that provides security surveys, training, policy and procedure development
and problem mitigation specifically tailored to the needs of our clients. If our analysis
reveals the need for such support, however, we will assist our clients in obtaining the
appropriate services.
With what
other services are you affiliated?
We are professionally associated with a number
of experts who specialize in computer security, protection of proprietary data (corporate
espionage), closed circuit television, and alarm system/access control system integration
– virtually any service we determine your organization needs to ensure a safe and
secure environment.
What
areas do you specialize in?
Perelman Security Group has a particular
expertise in workplace violence issues – with an emphasis on libraries (public,
private, school), healthcare facilities (clinics and hospitals), and industrial facilities
(factories, processing plants, printing plants, etc.) Similar issues are also faced in
schools, community centers and religious institutions.
Isn’t
an alarm system enough?
Security isn’t a case of simply purchasing
and installing an alarm system. What if the threat is internal? Effective security results
from a program that integrates staff training, development of appropriate policies and
procedures and a careful review of the physical plant to determine the most appropriate
course of action.
